COVID-19 Pet Food Pantry Program

In 2019, Global Strays fed 2,844 rescued animals at our partners’ animal shelters on a monthly basis but with COVID-19 spreading to the communities where our partners work, many families with pets have lost their jobs and source of income. Because of this, we’ve extended our efforts to provide dog and cat food to economically disadvantaged Nicaraguan families with pets. These families love their pets, do not want to give them away due to the current crisis, and have expressed enormous gratitude so far for our COVID Pet Food Pantry Program. They are asking for our help right now.

Your donation today will help grow the feeding program and ensure that more families in Nicaragua struggling to support themselves and care for their pets will have the help they need in this time of crisis.
